Adrian Tosich

Adrian Tosich is the Chief Executive Officer of TOSICH HOLDING CO. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment banking and private equity. Adrian has led TOSICH HOLDING CO. to achieve its strategic goals and has been a key driver of its success.

Under Adrian’s guidance the company has expanded from a single-sector focus into a diversified portfolio spanning ecommerce, construction, technology, AI, automation, staffing and import-export. His disciplined capital allocation and emphasis on operational excellence have delivered consistent double-digit IRRs across fund cycles while maintaining a conservative leverage profile.

Adrian began his career at Macquarie Bank in Sydney, rising to Director in the Infrastructure & Real Assets team. He subsequently co-founded a mid-market private-equity firm that executed nine platform investments and four successful exits, generating aggregate returns of 3.2× invested capital. He holds a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and is a CFA charterholder.

Recognised by Gulf Business in 2023 among the “Top 50 Indian Leaders in the UAE”, Adrian serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and mentors emerging fintech start-ups through the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s FinTech Hive. He is also an active supporter of education initiatives, endowing annual scholarships for STEM students at the American University of Sharjah.

Adrian’s leadership philosophy centres on empowered teams, data-driven decisions and long-term partnerships. He believes that combining global best practices with deep local insight is the key to sustainable value creation in the region’s rapidly evolving economy.
